In her capacity as SDG’s Vice President of Human Resources, Kelly is charged with building our people foundation. Kelly rejoins SDG from Danbury Mission Technologies (formerly United Technologies) where she consistently bridged the gap between HR and the business to ensure alignment and business success.

Kelly is an HR professional with approximately 20 years of experience and a passion for employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning. Kelly has a B.S. degree in Business Management and a minor in Economics and Psychology from Manhattan College and a Masters in Adult Education and Human Resource Management from Fordham University, Lincoln Center.
